♪♬♫ SEED SAVING

i am reading about the proper methods of seed saving but also just experimenting and trying things before reading about it. when i go for walks in county parks, i have been learning about native plant species and taking dried pods and flower buds when i see them. today, i grabbed some lazy susan flowers that were dried on the stem, along with some dried sunshine mimosa.

i also found a dried up thistle bud, so i want to try sprouting some of these in my backyard when i get home. i should look up to see if these are annuals or perennial. i am trying to think of the best ways of planting these seeds. i am wondering if i should just sprinkle the seeds on the ground and let whatever germinates go? hmmmmm idk. here’s some study material for u:
